| Subsequent to the Development Permit being granted, Halkier and Associates Architects was charged with bringing the design of Nigel Baldwin to reality. Through the contract documents process HAA sought to ensure that the design and detailing of this 11 storey, 48 unit midrise remained consistent with the approved Development Permit while repecting the construction budget. |
