| Montage was designed to complement and complete Polygons Beta Street Development in Burnaby. Inspired by previously developed buildings within the planned community, Montage presents a distinct yet neighbourhood appropriate façade to the street. Set upon a single story parking garage, the Montage is sited so as to provide both a large private south facing courtyard and a small public amenity park to the North through which visitors enter the building. Detailed to emulate existing buildings on site, the Montage combines finely detailed brick with panel, vinyl and composite siding to present a contemporary face to the community. |
