| Situated within the master planned Klahanie community, this 34 unit townhome development masterfully blends materials and details to achieve a West Coast contemporary aesthetic. As the site is adjacent to a high traffic rail line, unique unit plans were developed to increase livability of the individual residences abutting the railway right of way. With unit sizes ranging from 13 feet in width and 1040 square feet to 16 feet wide and 1250 square feet, a wide variety of home owners were accommodated. |
